Requests involving an accidental donation, duplicate transaction, recurring donation, refund, chargeback, or payment error should be submitted promptly through the Humanbein contact page. Approval of a refund may depend on the circumstances, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
When you select a recurring donation, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process future donations according to the schedule selected during checkout until the recurring donation is changed or canceled.
Recurring donations may be managed through the donor tools provided by Donorbox or by contacting Humanbein for assistance.
